What is PanGBank?

PanGBank is a web-based platform for exploring, analyzing, and downloading pangenomes created with PPanGGOLiN.

PPanGGOLiN builds partitioned pangenome graphs from prokaryotic genomes and classifies gene families into persistent, shell, and cloud partitions. It predicts regions of genomic plasticity (RGPs) and their insertion spots. It also identifies conserved modules of genes that co-occur and are co-localized, gained or lost together in the variable regions of the pangenome.
