This section describes the main pages of the PanGBank web interface and how to navigate between them.
The Collections page lists all pangenome collections available in PanGBank. Each row represents one collection release and shows: collection name, release version (latest badge marks the most recent), description, release date, taxonomy source, pangenome count, and genome count. The PanGBank REST API allows you to access PanGBank data programmatically — search and retrieve collections, pangenomes and genomes. See PanGBank API documentation.
A pure-Python SDK wraps the REST endpoints as typed Python functions.
The PanGBank CLI allows you to access the pangenome data from the command line. It is basically a wrapper around the REST API.
